ARE YOU LACKING MINERALS??
Not getting the minerals your body needs can result
in a wide variety of illnesses--osteoporosis, arthritis, depression,
kidney stones, high blood pressure and aneurysms, to name just a few.
Many people are becoming sick and even dying from simple mineral deficiencies.
Why are so many of us suffering from a lack of minerals? There are
three primary reasons:
- Our soil is nutrient-poor which translates into gaining few
minerals from the plants we eat;
- Most of the mineral supplements we take are in metallic form
which are very poorly absorbed by the body, making them virtually
worthless;
- We consume large quantities of coffee, tea,
and soft drinks which leach minerals from our bodies.
Well, assuming that we can't do much about our
nutrient-poor soil, what can we do to make sure that we don't suffer
from an easily preventable mineral-deficiency illness? For starters,
we can limit our intake of coffee, tea, and soft drinks so that we
don't rob our bodies of our hard-won minerals. Then we can supplement
minerals in forms that the body can actually absorb. These forms should
either be chelated, which are 40% absorbable, or colloidal, which
are 98% absorbable.
Remember, our bodies need over 60 different minerals
for optimum health. We aren't getting enough minerals from the foods
we eat due to our mineral-poor soil, so we all need to take some kind
of absorbable mineral supplement. If you prefer taking pills, be sure
to get a multivitamin with chelated minerals. If you're able to take
a liquid supplement, you should take minerals in their colloidal form.
Colloidal minerals are not always easy to come by and are usually
a bit more expensive until you consider that you're getting 98% of
the minerals you thought you were getting as opposed to 40% or less
from other supplements.
For your convenience, we have colloidal minerals
in our office. I believe so strongly that you will be healthier with
these colloidal minerals that I let you buy it at my cost--$29. Please
consider taking an absorbable mineral supplement if you're not already.
Your body needs its mineral building blocks to help you live up to
your potential!
