ADJUSTING YOUR ATTITUDE
Would you be interested in an adjustment that
took you from a stressed-out state to a relaxed and calm one?
I have recently been attending seminars on how
to perform an exceptional technique called ALPHABIOTICS. I knew from
the first alphabiotics alignment I received back in February that
I had to learn how to do this for my patients. I felt so clear-headed
and calm afterwards that nothing could bother me for several days!
Wouldn't it be great if we all felt like this all the time? First
a little backgound information...
Our brains emit different types of wave patterns.
They emit beta waves when we are highly stressed, alpha waves when
we are calm, and theta and delta waves when we are resting and/or
healing. Some of us are so continually under stress that we get stuck
in the beta or stressed state and have a lot of trouble calming down.
At the University of Texas, researchers brought
in a chiropractor who thought he could change the brain wave patterns
of people who were stuck in "beta". With using his technique, the
researchers found that the brain wave patterns of these highly stressed
people went from beta, straight through alpha and into the theta and
delta states.
The great thing about the alphabiotics alignment
is that it's quite comfortable for the patient. Even though I'm still
fairly new at performing it, some of my patients have already noticed
they feel calmer after the alignments, while still others have noticed
that they feel better and that their adjustments are holding longer.
In any event, please let me know if you would

which we have put in the big adjusting room (it's the only place it
will fit!). Also, I don't know of any other chiropractors in Portland
who do the alphabiotics alignment, but if there are any that you know
